LYG33
We deeply value the voices of young people and recognise the importance of including them in internal decision-making processes. We therefore run the LYG33 programme to empower young Londoners aged 14–24 to influence youth sport across London.
By involving young Londoners directly, we ensure that our initiatives remain relevant and accessible. Through LYG33, they consult with senior leaders and actively shape the organisation, with our commitment to embedding their influence at the heart of London Youth Games to drive meaningful change.

Hannah's story
LYG Inclusive Coaches
“I’ve always wanted to work with people with additional needs. I think it’s really important that everyone can access sports, no matter what disability. And a big part of that is coaches having the training for it. The Inclusive Coaches programme has helped me a lot in terms of building confidence. It’s been good to have direct training on how to support people with additional needs more effectively.”
