We’re excited to invite your school to the LYG School Sport Festival, an incredible day of movement and trying new sports, as part of the School Games 

 

What’s Happening on Friday 4th July? 

LYG School Sport Festival  

Pupils can try different activities, designed to be inclusive and accessible for all abilities. Whether they’re discovering a new sport or practicing their skills, it’s a great opportunity to get moving in a fun, supportive environment.  

10am-3pm
At: Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis Centre 

 

The Daily Mile  

Pupils run, jog, or wheel at their own pace for 15 minutes – no kit needed! 

The Daily Mile is a fun, social, and non-competitive activity where pupils move at their own pace for 15 minutes – no changing time needed. Open to all abilities, it’s a simple way to encourage movement and wellbeing. 

10am-3pm
At: Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis Centre 

 

Experience the iconic Copper Box Arena 

Pupils can also visit the legendary Olympic venue – the iconic Copper Box Arena to watch stunning routines from talented young dancers at the LYG Dance Finals.
