how to claim your expenses

Please fill out the online expense form and attach your receipts (if necessary). You will receive your expenses within 2-4 weeks.
  • Please include a postcode if you are making any mileage claims.
  • Amount/ No. of days (check with Competition Director)
  • e.g. bus, train, tube (receipts required - please attach - ONLY WHEN AGREED)
  • e.g. competition payment + travel (only if pre-agreed)
  • Max. file size: 50 MB.
    e.g. Receipts, Travel Statements etc.
