Balfour Beatty
Balfour Beatty is a world-class engineering, construction and services group that creates and cares for essential assets: hospitals, schools, road, rail, utility systems and major structures. It has been involved in the Games since 2006 and will be the name sponsor of the Games to 2013.
Balfour Beatty is committed to helping raise the aspirations, motivation and attainment levels of young people in the communities in which it operates and has committed at least £1.7 million to help develop the Games.
Sport England
Sport England is the government agency responsible for developing a world-class community sport system. It provides invaluable advice to ensure that the Games help meet the development needs of the sports and athletes at the Games. Sport England have provided London Youth Games with £1million funding over 4 years.
Thames Water
Thames Water is the UK’s largest water and sewerage company, serving 13 million customers across London and the Thames Valley.
In 2008, the company sponsored a pilot Regatta in the disciplines of rowing, sailing, canoeing and kayaking. It has agreed to continue that sponsorship to 2013, enabling the permanent return of the Regatta to the Games. Thames Water has also been the official water provider for the Games since 2005 - providing tap water and reusable sports bottles to all athletes and volunteers at the Crystal Palace Finals.
London Councils
London Councils is part think tank and part lobbying organisation, it also runs a range of services designed to improve the lives of Londoners. It has supported and helped fund the Games since 2003. London Councils fully supports the aim to double participation in the Games, bringing together young people from all London boroughs and inspiring the next generation of athletes.
GLL
GLL is the official hosting partner of the London Youth Games. GLL are a values-based organisation who recognise their responsibility towards customers, employees and the environment, within the communities they serve.
Any financial surpluses generated are reinvested to provide long-term benefits for customers, employees and the communities where they operate. We manage 70 leisure centres within the M25 area in partnership with thirteen London Boroughs, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Reading Borough Council, Bellingham Community Project, the London Playing Fields Foundation and the London Development Agency.
GLL are committed to the provision of leisure and fitness facilities at affordable prices. GLL manage the National Sports Centre, Crystal Palace and Mile End Stadium, both venues utilised for London Youth Games events.
GLA
The Greater London Authority Act 1999 created a unique form of government for London. It is made up of a directly-elected Mayor and the separately elected London Assembly. The GLA is supports the Games in a number of different ways, including part funding them.
v, the volunteering charity
v is an independent charity aiming to inspire a new generation of volunteers (aged 16-25) in England. Our young volunteer's programme "Gamesforce" is supported by v, as part of their "matchfund" programme.
Molten
Molten is the world's leading sports ball and equipment manufacturer and is renowned world-wide for the exceptional quality of its ball products, which range from basketballs and footballs to netballs and volleyballs.
Molten balls are the official game balls for many prestigious, international championships and tournaments, including the Molten G-Series basketball which is the official game ball for all FIBA international events worldwide up to 2016 including the London Olympics in 2012; while many other Molten balls carry international federation approval including that of FIFA, FIBA, FIVA, FVIB and IHF.

Davies Sports is the UK’s leading educational PE and sports equipment provider. The brand offers a comprehensive selection of innovative, inclusive ranges and expert advice to inspire and encourage children of all abilities and ages to engage in and enjoy physical activity.

The leading supplier of sportswear to the Australian education market, and we are now active here in the UK and proud to be the Official Merchandise Partner for the Balfour Beatty London Youth Games.
KEA does not produce product for mass market retail. Our success in the education market is down to appreciating that schools in particular want individually designed sportswear reflecting their specific needs. Working with clients on this basis, KEA identifies their requirements, provides design assistance and follows it up with a high quality manufacturing process to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Fast Track
Fast Track is a sports marketing agency, operating in four core areas: consultancy, events, commercial and communications. It is the commercial partner of the Games and has successfully negotiated sponsorship deals with Balfour Beatty and Thames Water.
Limelight Sports
Limelight Sports is an event management company specialising in the creation and delivery of high profile, participation based sports events and programmes. It has been associated with the Games since the early 1980s and is responsible for the operational delivery, production, hospitality and logistics associated with the live events.
Cox Costello and Horne
Cox Costello and Horne is an accountancy firm which has a number of clients in the sports and charitable sectors and manage the payroll and financial aspects of LYG.
