Sports Development Grants

Lambeth Sports Development Grants

The Balfour Beatty Sports Development Grants with 95.8 Capital FM's Help A Capital Child was established in 2007 to deliver funding to London community projects that enable disadvantaged youngsters to take part in sport or physical activity.

Since the launch of the Sports Development Grants nearly £0.3m has been distributed to 150 projects throughout London, benefitting an estimated 12,000 young people. London boroughs each apply for grants of either £5000 or £2000 to fund grass roots projects in their communities.

The application process has now closed for this season and applicants will be informed at the start of the 2013.

Successful applications have been contacted. Details will be released shortly.
