2010 Games

The 2010 Balfour Beatty London Youth Games are underway, but there are loads of ways to get involved.

Olympic and World 400m gold medallist Christine Ohuruogu is a former participant and the official patron of the 2010 Balfour Beatty London Youth Games. As a youngster she competed at the London Youth Games for Newham in netball and athletics.

Christine has very fond memories of her times at the Games and is keen for YOU to get involved in this year's event. The 2010 Games kicks off with the Indoor Cricket Cup in February and will run through to the Finals week at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre (operated by GLL) in July, featuring sixty competitions in 30 sports with around 47,000 participants.
